  5. Grilled beef (or salmon or veggie) burger with lettuce, mustard, and wholemeal or rye bread
  6. Sauteed wholemeal pasta with pumpkin, mushrooms, and spinach
  7. Grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and quinoa.
